Aude Sauvaget has a 20-year combined experience in agriculture investment, and development projects both in the private and public sectors. As Investment Officer, she worked for the French Development Finance Institutions Proparco (AFD Group) and for an agribusiness holding company active in emerging and developing countries, in the cotton and oleaginous sector.

As Programme Manager for the Directorate General for International Cooperation and Development of the European Commission, she managed the identification, preparation, formulation, implementation and evaluation of various sustainable agriculture programmes. Aude holds a Master’s degree in Economics from CERDI, a research centre on international development.
